Most things are quicker inside the app. Open the client portal, and your appointments, messages, receipts and inspo photos are all there. You can reschedule or cancel yourself up to the window in the policies, and add or remove add-ons up to 24 hours before.

If you're stuck, email the address above with the day and time you booked and Maya will sort it out.

Your account is created when you book your first appointment. To change your name, photo, phone or email, open the app, tap your picture and choose MANAGE MY ACCOUNT.

You can delete your account and everything in it from that same screen — it is permanent and does not need anyone's approval. See the privacy policy for what is held and for how long.

Turn them on from the App tab in your portal. They cover confirmations, reminders, messages and last-minute openings. Nothing is ever charged for turning them on, and you can switch them off on any device from the same place.

Reviews on this site are written by real clients, and every one is screened before it is posted. Anything containing a slur, a threat, sexual content, a personal attack or spam is held automatically, is never visible to anyone else, and stays down unless Maya reads it and decides otherwise. She can also remove any review at any time.

If something still gets through that shouldn't have, email contact@blessednailsco.com and say which review and what's wrong with it. You don't need an account, and you don't need to be the person it's about. Every report is read, content that breaks the rules is removed, and accounts that post it are blocked from booking.
