Privacy Policy

Blessed Nails Co collects what it needs to book you in, take your deposit, keep your appointment history and talk to you about it. Nothing is sold, and nothing is handed to advertisers.

If you'd rather not have an account at all, you can delete it yourself from Manage My Account, and everything in it goes with it.

Your name, email address, phone number and Instagram handle — so Maya knows who is in the chair, can reach you about your appointment, and can find you again next time.

Your profile photo, if you add one. It's shown to you and to Maya, and nowhere else.

Your appointments: what you booked, when, what it cost, what you paid and what is still owed. Receipts are kept as the record of money that changed hands.

Messages between you and Maya, and any inspo photos you send with them.

Your Blessed Bank credit, your rewards card, and the reviews you leave.

If you turn notifications on, the token your phone or browser gives us so a notification can be delivered. It identifies the device, not you.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number is never sent to Blessed Nails Co and is never stored on this site — Stripe takes it directly and tells us only whether the payment worked.

What is kept here is the amount, the method, the date and whether it cleared, which is what a receipt is made of.

Maya, because it's her salon and her diary.

Supabase, which hosts the database and the login system.

Stripe, for payments, and Resend, for the emails the site sends you.

Apple or Google, only as the carrier of a push notification you asked for.

Nobody else. Your details are not sold, rented, or shared with advertisers, and they are not used to train anything.

A review you leave may be shown publicly on the Blessed Nails Co website, with your first name and the set you had. That is the point of a review, and you choose whether to write one.

Inspo photos you send are between you and Maya, and are not published.

If a review of yours is on the site and you want it taken down, message Maya and it comes down.

Manage My Account → Delete My Account. It removes your account, your appointment history, your messages, your photos, your rewards card and anything left in your Blessed Bank. It cannot be undone.

An appointment still to come has to be cancelled first, so you know where your deposit stands rather than finding out afterwards. An unpaid fee has to be settled first too — closing an account isn't a way out of money owed.

For as long as you have an account. Delete it and it goes.

Records of completed payments may be kept where the law requires a business to keep its books, with your personal details removed.

Notifications are optional, and everything works without them. In the app you can turn them off from the App tab; in a browser, from that site's settings; and on any device, from your phone's settings.

They are used for your appointments, your reminders, and messages from Maya.

This site is not intended for children under 13, and accounts are not knowingly created for them. A parent or guardian books on behalf of a minor and is responsible for the appointment.

Email contact@blessednailsco.com and Maya will answer. You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted.
